Ordering OnlineWhen ordering online, you will need to provide a valid credit card number, delivery address and contact phone number. If you create an account we will store delivery addresses and contact phone numbers for subsequent orders however for security reasons we do not store your credit card details and you will need to enter these each time you place an order.
Please note stock variances may cause some products to temporarily go out of stock, in which case we will contact you via email to arrange a refund or a replacement.
When ordering goods from neo87100.com for delivery outside of the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.
Please note that when ordering from neo87100.com, you are considered to be the ‘Importer of Record’ and as a result you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.
All NEO 87100 goods remain the property of NEO 87100 until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered or collected. NEO 87100 shall be responsible for the goods until the goods have been delivered or collected. NEO 87100 ensures all items are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer.
Once the goods have been delivered or collected, they cease to be the responsibility of NEO 87100.
By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the site you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
By making that offer to purchase goods, you are also giving authorisation to deduct the amount from the card or payment method provided. When you place an order you will receive an initial email from us confirming receipt of your order. As soon as your order has been picked and is ready for dispatch you will receive a second confirmation email. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive an email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. Where we are unable to fulfil part or all of your order, we will contact you and arrange to refund that amount to you.

You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days, which begins on the day after you receive delivery of your order. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your order for any reason. Upon cancellation, we will make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of the order and will reimburse you within 30 days. While we are more than happy to help, if you wish to return goods that are not faulted or damaged, you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. NEO 87100 work hard to ensure that our goods arrive at your door exactly as they left ours. Unfortunately accidents can happen.
